interesting idea to play both sides of court... giving a person's opinion on the problem and the bull's opinion.
posters are usually vertical, not horizontal... so i would suggest making it into a portrait format...
as for design... i think your top one has something to it... not sure why the lines are there but they can help out to divide your real estate and guide you in a direction you weren't thinking of before... break up type with those lines but in a way that it would make sense...
lines remind me of the spears that are used to kill the bull... think about that... just don't go too decorative... not the place for it...
